Fun facts: I value coffee art, bright colors, integrity, people with a sense of humor and laughter. I change my hair color often. I have been known to skinny dip in high mountain lakes, ocean coves, farm ponds and other water sources, although I do not require water to be one with nature in my birthday suit. I think we all need to play more. I don’t remember a time in life where I did not want to travel the world and document it with my camera. This ambition led me to New Zealand where I met my husband. We have two boys who have been my best life teachers. They have grounded me while also aging me. That said, I remain a joy seeker, a dance enthusiast and a visual explorer inspired by the human experience.
I specialize in using photography as the vehicle to cultivate joy in our time together. My favorite types of sessions are maternity, boudoir, branding, families, high school seniors and women retreats.
Though I have photographed weddings for years, elopements are more my style now. I like having the weekends with my family.
I enjoy photographing phases in life where the adventure ahead is gloriously unknown and anything feels possible. I love that feeling!
