My mind is busy… full of life enthusiasm tangled with ideas that can change the world. There are plans to lure in more abundance even though I am surrounded by abundance daily. More. More. More. This is what happens to my mind when I do not give it the space to rest.
I rest in nature, but I am not in nature nearly enough. It is the answer to the majority of my problems and when I allow myself the time to just BE in nature it takes away what troubles my mind and replaces it with trust.
This photo is basically my front yard. The field in the foreground I spent galloping horses through after the hay was cut and the water turned off for the season. It is quiet here and calm. Especially calm when there is a fresh layer of untouched snow from the night before. I can breathe easy here. The air is crisp, cool, fresh. The source of all is so close when I allow myself to be here uninterrupted. That is the practice isn’t it? To be rooted, present in the knowingness that we are surrounded by miracles ALL THE TIME.
